Controles the sex
The combination [xx] gives a female and
the combination [xy] gives a male. On the y gene there are no caracters
attached to - it only decides that the sex is male.
On the x gene is a sex-linked colour
attached. The red (tortie) is a mutation of this gene and is in these
pages symbolised with xo

The red cover up the colour of the cat,
and it is not possible to se if the cat is black, chocolate or cinnamon.
The creame is the diluted red, and the creame covers the blue, lilac or fawn.
