Cod in peas
(four persons)

Ingredients:

  • A piece of cod (ca. 400 g)
  • 1 dl. white vine
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 50 g. butter
  • 400 g. peas (it is OK with frozen)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dl. mussel soup
  • 200 g. smoked bacon

Fry the cod on the pan with the skin downwards. After 10 min. the cod is tender. Take it of the pan.

Chop the onions, fry the lightly in the oil, add the white vine and let it boil down to a 1/3.
Add the peas and the mussel soup and let it all boil.
Blend the mixture.

Cut the bacon in small squares and fry them on the pan.

The peamixture are placed on four plates, and on top of it the codpieces are placed with the golden skin upwards.

Decorate with the fried bacon.
